    Hello!
IBM Software Centre of Excellence and Mainframe Academic Initiative has changed my life. I must confess, it was IBM COE that made me literally fly. Let me start, the thing, I wasn’t even aware of Mainframe. Just because of IBM COE, I learnt Mainframe right from the start and became one of the winner of IBM Master the Mainframe Contest. It also gave me a chance to win cool prizes like Part-1 Early Bird Prize of Flipkart Rs. 100/- and Part-2 Early Bird Prize of Flipkart Rs. 500/- Gift Certificate. Oh! Let me thank. Mrs. Sumathy Eswaran who motivated me each and every time.
Apart from these all, I participated in TGMC’11, got Participation Certificate and most important things are I learnt technologies like DB2, RAD, WebSphere, and Tivoli Directory Server.

    Hi guyz,
This is ASHUTOSH KUMAR GUPTA (B,Tech CSE Final Year) .first I would like to thank ibm for providing such an oppurtunity and a creative platform.....if i say the truth ,before participating in TGMC 2010 i was not knowing how to Initiate, Collaborate and Innovate. But its true to say that whenever we try solve a problem it comes with a new idea and that is the need for a "GREAT MIND CHALLENGE". As we all know it is difficult to cope up with a new environment but the path becomes easier when we go on with it. same case with the ibm tools ...i faced problems in the early stage....resolved them....and got something new to learn. And now working with the tools is as good as talking to a friend. one most important thing i would like to conclude that there is a self belief after TGMC participation that i can adapt in any environment. And now i can proudly say that i can ideate and create. Thanks.

    Hi frnds,
I m Kumar Saurabh.I completed my B.Tech(CSE) from Dr.M.G.R. University,Chennai.I was waiting for something different. I was waiting for something more technical, more scientific that would integrate courses into a more technical platform. I chose the National Rural Employment Guarantee scenario specifically because I was searching for a path into the field of Rural Development. I am interested in improving the outcomes, quality, access to, and cost and utilization of rural services.

    Hello friends,
Myself Soma Saha (B.Tech CSE ,2007-2011 batch).Wanting to combine all aspects of my academic background, I decided that I wanted a platform to involve my passion for learning the new skills and knowledge in Application Development . The TGMC program gave me the awareness and practice I needed to be successful in the Software industry. I selected Virtual Classroom System as my TGMC 2010 project and I gained a lot from this.
Currently I am working on IBM Mainframe and its a very nice experience.I never expected such a great gift.

    Hi ,
IBM TGMC has helped us learning about new IBM products, various technologies, implementing these technologies in a proper way and helping us achieve professionalism and problem solving! I must say , I came to know about this project through my college and I participated in 2009 too, but didn't get through 1st round of it. Now this year (2010) as we were selected for the face to face round, it was a good experience and every engineer must experience such thing once in their life. I feel very comfortable working with JSP's and coding, me and one of our team member is good at designing the pages, the other two handle Database and Application Server respectively. Overall it was a great team effort to complete the project in time. All thanks to my team mates.

Both of you people (Sir and Ma'am) made us feel so good by understanding our project, listening to everything and I would say ,an interaction with Sir for few minutes at the end of session about various IBM products and upcoming technologies was really good which helped us gain knowledge

    Hello everyone
I am Abhimanyu singh rathore. I am cse final year student. First of all i would like to than IBM for offering the status of IBM Software Centre of Excellence to my college. I would also like to thank IBM for organising TGMC national project competition .TGMC gives us the opportunity to work on a real time scenario which is the most imp. Part of the engineering Student life. Since the requirement analysis part is already done by IBM professionals, it becomes quite easy for a student to start the work from there and build further upon it. Apart from that its not imp. Whether he/she wins or not . But gaining experience is more imp.. if I talk about myself I got to learn a lot since it was my 1st project so it took some time in starting to handle the things but at the end of the day I found myself in a good position. So once again I would like to thank IBM for it .Last time only seven teams got qualified for F2F finals round from our college. This time we will make it with 30-35,i.e at least 1 for each scenario because that is the best way to thank IBM for providing such an opportunity.
